Luscious Lengths Terms and Conditions 

 Upon scheduling an appointment with Luscious Lengths the client acknowledges the following:

• All deposits and payments, including the purchase of hair is non refundable.
• Reschedules that are not performed  within a 48 hour period prior to appointment will be billed for scheduled service.
• Luscious Lengths is not responsible for damages due to the lack of recommended aftercare, clients who do not consent to recommended products must initial a waiver exempting Luscious Lengths of liability. Furthermore clients who do not comply with professional recommendations such as method, length, volume, color, cut and style do not hold Luscious Lengths accountable for undesirable results.
• Luscious Lengths reserves the right to refuse service for disruptive or disrespectful behavior, hate speech, or bullying, 
• Luscious Lengths reserves the right to refuse service to clients for inconsistent aftercare, poor hygiene and multiple cancellations/reschedules.
• Luscious Lengths is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
